Surface Finishes and/or optical clarity are important issues to many of our customers. We have developed unique methods to finish the components and assemblies we manufacture, including their interior features. Our capabilities include:

Eastern Plastics's assembly personnel provide our customers with turn-key, ready-to-install solutions. Some assemblies are relatively simple machined plastic parts with inserts and O rings. Others are very complex, with Eastern Plastics supplying valves, switches, mechanical, electro-mechanical components, and embedded substrates.

In our dedicated assembly department we utilize:

Programmable Stress Relieving

There are twelve programmable stress-relieving ovens that allow us to pre-shrink, intermediate stress-relieve, and final anneal your parts - these processes are important to the longevity and dimensional stability of many plastics.
