Surface Finishes and/or optical clarity are important issues to many of our customers. Eastern Plastics has developed unique methods to finish the components and assemblies we manufacture, including their interior features. Our capabilities include:

Eastern Plastics's assembly personnel provide our customers with turn-key, ready-to-install solutions. Some assemblies are relatively simple machined plastic parts with inserts and O rings. Others are very complex, with Eastern Plastics supplying valves, switches, mechanical, electro-mechanical components, and embedded substrates.
In our dedicated assembly department we utilize:

Programmable Stress Relieving
Eastern Plastics has twelve programmable stress-relieving ovens. These allow us to pre-shrink, intermediate stress-relieve, and final anneal your parts.
These processes are important to the longevity and dimensional stability of many plastics.
