Eastern Plastics has been machining and assembling custom manifolds for forty years. Our fused, multi-layered manifolds have been in production for more than twelve years. Thousands of single- and multi-layered components are in the field. Eastern Plastics continues to lead the fluidics industry with new manifolding capabilities.

• Burr-free intersections.
• Diffusion bonded manifolds available in acrylic, polycarbonate, pvc, polyetherimide.
• A variety of components can be bonded into Eastern Plastics multilayered manifolds, like conductive metal elements, mixing elements, heaters, films, as long as there is compatibility.
• Eastern Plastics typically provides design and material assistance in open meetings with designers and engineers.
